German born illustrator, posterist and writer Ferdinand Bac (his real name was Bach) had the honor of introducing American dancer Loie Fuller to the Parisian public at the Folies-Bergere on November 5, 1892. He met the challenge nobly, catching the intriguing kaleidoscope of colors with which she dazzled the public in her dance.
