Colonel Frank Scoggins, Commander of the 184th Fighter Group 'Jayhawks' reefs his General Dynamics F-16C Fighting Falcon into a right break for landing on Runway 19R at McConnell AFB, Kansas in 1993. Below him can be seen the Air National Guard's ramp and it's complement of 'Viper Jets.' The painting was commissioned by Scoggins' staff as a gift for his change of command ceremony promting him to Brigadier General.
