Peoria - a magical name, at least in the fin-de-siecle cycling world, when the products of that and other American manufacturing centers rode high. The bike we see here rides very high, thanks to special features affixed to the axles by Pal, perhaps the greatest of cycling posterists. He usually supplies a pretty rider; here its one who could manage fine without the bike if it didnt live up to her sky high standards. Pinks, yellows, greens and blues, blended together a la Pal.
