One of Livemonts idealized beauties appears to be holding a statuette of a young goddess much like herself. The poster was created to advertise the fifth annual exhibition if the Art Circle of Schaerbeek, the small Belgian town where the artist was born and died; in fact, one of his first known posters was for the 1890 exhibition and he would design a total of four promotions for the towns Cercle Artistique. Rare proof before the addition of letters.

*Images are purposely low resolution on this site, actual prints are well focused and the cleanest possible editions. We remain true to the original poster's size and best resolution. We retain the original aspect and as high a resolution as possible of the artwork. There will be white space around the image as we do not alter the original dimensions of the art when printing.
