This Ukrainian poster could have been for the 1922 German expressionistic classic Schatten, for an import of the 1928 Fox release A Thief in the Dark, or for some other international or home-grown horror effort - there isn't enough information here to tell. In any event, the barroom trio is up to no good and clearly deserves scaring by the protoplasmic shape whizzing by. It certainly gets us going.

*Images are purposely low resolution on this site, actual prints are well focused and the cleanest possible editions. We remain true to the original poster's size and best resolution. We retain the original aspect and as high a resolution as possible of the artwork. There will be white space around the image as we do not alter the original dimensions of the art when printing.
