This is the Itallian release of THE LADY IN QUESTION (1940), A Columbia feature based on the 1938 French film GRIBOUILLE, with Rita Hayworth tackling the role that had brought international fame to Michele Morgan in the original. This was the first teaming of Rita with Glenn Ford, and a prieview of the kind of electric tension they would create in four subsequent films. This 2-sheet poster has a sensous portrait of Hayworth, with the three men in her life seemingly admiring the highlights on her auburn tresses.
