The gaiety and coquetry of the Paris cabaret scene at the turn of the century was Gr_n's specialty, and he doesn't disappoint us in this rarely seen design. The revue opened at the Scala on New Year's Eve, 1900, the very last day of the 19th century. Titled ""Alone at Last,"" this revue starred some of the most important figures of the French music-hall: Polaire, Max Dearly, Sulbac and Pervenche.
