Many, including many of his best, were for the French railways--in fact, the majority were for a single company, the Paris Lyon-Mediterranee (PLM). Here we are given a stunning, verdant view of Monte-Carlo from within a flowery hillside pergola--one of the loveliest of Broders trademark frames.
