Biscuits & Chocolate 0000-0651

This is one of Livemont's most expressive works. W.S. Rogers, writing in 1901, called this poster, representing a girl painting on porcelain, his most beautiful work, by reason of the excellence of its composition, its comparative simplicity, and the refined loveliness of the girls face. One hundred years later, the Delacre company still uses this design on its biscuit containers. Rare.
